📦 Shipping

🔄 Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- Non‑Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, and certain health/personal care items.
- Partial Refunds: Granted only in specific cases (e.g., opened media products, items not in original condition, or returns beyond 30 days).
- Process: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
- Refund Timeline: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🎁 Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.

- Items are replaced only if defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@cosmetology.london and ask the nearest warehouse/office address location.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
